How much do our property finding services cost?
Upon instruction, we charge an initial search fee of £1200 (inclusive of VAT). On successful exchange of contracts, we charge 2.0% (inclusive of VAT) of the agreed sale price, less the search fee.
We also offer orientation tour fees, which is a four-hour tour of your location at £495 (inclusive of VAT).
