At Otters Home Search, our mission has always been to make moving to Bath and the surrounding area as smooth and stress-free as possible. Until now, we’ve focused on property purchase searches, helping families and individuals find their ideal forever homes.

But over the past year, we’ve noticed more and more of our clients asking for help with rentals - whether that’s a short-term let while they get to know the city, a medium-term home during a work contract, or a family base while waiting for a purchase to complete.

We’ve listened. And we’re delighted to announce that we’ve officially launched a new service: Property Rental Searches.

This summer, we had the pleasure of helping several families and individuals secure great rental homes across Bath - properties that suited their lifestyles, locations, and budgets perfectly. Now, this is something we’re offering to all clients who need it.
