2. Success Fee
Upon successfully securing your new home and exchanging contracts, we charge a Success Fee of 2.0% (inclusive of VAT) of the agreed sale price. The previously paid search fee is deducted from this amount, ensuring clarity and fairness.
3. Orientation Tour Fee
If you wish to explore the area before commencing your full property search, we offer an Orientation Tour led by Abbie and Francesca. This four-hour tour is tailored to your requested location(s) and is an excellent way to familiarise yourself with potential neighbourhoods.
